銅鑼灣「燒鬼」和牛燒肉放題,平日21:30後$348/位,加$98可以有和牛任食,否則每人一份A4和牛拼盤都好夠食。因為有好多種類食物選擇,例如前菜、壽司、刺身等等,可以任點任食。泡菜豆腐(豆腐鬼) 及中華海蜇 ,兩者都可以配燒肉一齊食。刺身之中,我最欣賞榮螺片山葵漬(榮螺鬼) ,其餘的帶子、甜蝦、鰹魚及三文魚,質素還好。柚子醬油和牛壽司及明太子醬帶子炙燒壽司,後者好食啲!牛鬼A4和牛拼盤,每人兩件剛剛好,前胸肉、胸腹肉、上小排肉、横隔肌、腹脅、中腹肉、內側腹肉及上肩肉,每件都有特色,我比較鍾意前面油花充足的和牛,燒幾下食得,好滋味。海鮮類例如香蒜牛油帆立貝,海蝦及意式香草醬廣島蠔,燒海鮮一樣好味。燒牛舌直情有驚喜!
