To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十分滿分, 是次用餐經驗分數為八分 男朋友是無飯家庭, 而我經常就做他的小跟班, 跟他到處吃喝玩樂今晚我們去到牛角, <牛角>主打當然是牛肉, 而他們的牛肉質脂肪含量平均而且肉質口感很嫩滑,我一直以來也是他們家牛肉的粉絲, menu上有很多牛的部位可點選, 水準很高很不錯!!燒牛舌 👅牛舌厚薄均勻,吃得出牛香味好濃郁而且保留到原有的水份,爽口好吃而重點是我男朋友是燒牛舌專家, 真的是超級超級好吃所是牛舌是不停地encore!!!牛肋肉 肉質較厚, 比較juicy, 不過較快熟, 薄薄一塊配飯吃還是很不錯的牛油燒帶子將帶子連鍚紙盤放在火上面, 把牛油慢慢煮溶後進食, 甜甜的和很有元貝味石鍋泡菜牛肉飯上菜賣相非常不錯, 拌後真的有很多飯焦, 但味道不夠, 一定要加辣醬會好吃。P.S. 我知道你會看我的食評, 謝謝你總是對我那麼好!!!

牛舌厚薄均勻,吃得出牛香味好濃郁而且保留到原有的水份,爽口好吃
而重點是我男朋友是燒牛舌專家, 真的是超級超級好吃
