一想到海之戀就覺得裏面的食肆價錢比較昂貴,而彩薈軒有着富麗堂皇的裝潢,加上在海之戀的地段,感覺令人覺得高級。
片皮鴨要早一天預訂,這家的片皮鴨味道不錯,鴨皮連著肉的部份比較多,淡淡又香令人回味無窮。
我哋仲叫咗蒸龍躉,龍躉的肉很鮮甜,加上是由木耳,鼓油蒸,令魚的鮮味更加突出。
另外還有燒味拼盤,燒味拼盤,包括有燒腩仔,叉燒,鴨胸,豬耳。燒味拼盤整體水平不錯,唯獨豬耳稍為遜色。
另外我哋做嗌咗薑蔥炒蟹,蟹同出邊街炒嘅味道大致相同
整體而言這間的性價比極之高,每人平均消費只需要$250多一點。









To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
