Esp the flat little piece – egg cookies
I used to eat a lot when I was small
And it still tastes the same
Each of them is in different size, 100% handmadeThe butter smell is very strong, you can surely get the comfort from it
Crispy and sweet, really fresh.
I once bought a bag to office, my “gui-lo” boss found it was amazing
I told him it was from a local local bakery
He was amazed.
I’m so happy that even HK traditional bakery can have a little impact on foreigners
Please let the traditional ones stay the same.
