It has been a long while since i have dim sum with my parents and seeing that the situation has improved recently, i decided to ask them out for dim sum today. Multi layer custard cake -  This dish was not commonly found in dim sum restaurant nowadays as it required a longer time to prepare. Cake was soft, and the custard filling was flavourful and chewy.

Steamed BBQ Spanish Iberico pork bun - This was one of their signature dishes and certainly live up to their hype. Bun was steamed till soft, with the bun not too thick in texture. Pork filling was served hot and was sweet and chewy.

Steamed pork and crab roe dumpling - Dumpling's skin was soft in texture, and the soup inside was hot and flavourful. Pork and crab roe filling were juicy and fresh in taste, with ginger slice and vinegar sauce provided to dip onto it.

Crispy fresh shrimp spring roll - The chef was generous with the serving of the shrimp, which was huge and chewy. Spring roll was fried till soft and crispy.

Steamed chicken claws with spicy sauce - Chicken claws was juicy and spicy, absorbing the essence of the sauce. Chicken claws was steamed till soft and smooth, easy to chew those bones off.

Crispy tofu cubes - It was fried till soft and smooth, almost melting in my mouth. Soy sauce was provided to dip onto it.

Mango sago dessert with pomelo - It was served cold and was sweet and sour in taste, with mango bits in it. Mango was soft and smooth.
