Lobster roll was presented nicely and colourful. It was wrapped with lobster and avocado, with seared salmon placed on top. The portion was huge, chewy and tasty. Lobster was sweet and flavourful while avocado was buttery and filling. Seared salmon complimented them nicely.

Black magma was wrapped with chopped scallop, negitoro, tempura crunch and with black sesame sauce on top of it. It was flavourful and crunchy, with negitoro fatty in texture and chewy.

Chicken karage was fried till the skin was crispy and yet the chicken meat was juicy and chewy, with sliced lemon helping to enhance the flavour.
