Stopped by in the hustle and bustle of Sham shui po for some shao mai.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Shao Mai:They were too soft and steamed for too long.The sauce that they put was quite spicy.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++Chilled intestines:I DID NOT EAT THIS, but they are intestines coloured orange to make them look appealing.They are chilled and eaten with mustard sauce and the Chinese sweet sauce used on rice rolls.++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
