I ordered this fried chicken set because it used fermented bean curd to marinate the chicken. Normally I would use fermented bean curd to cook veggie but never for chicken, I wonder what it tasted like. I think they mixed the bean curd in the batter and dipped the chicken inside. I could taste the flavour in the coating of the chicken. It actually tasted good. Not to mention the texture of the chicken was juicy and tender as well.
I ordered the wrong tea, I actually wanted to try the iced one but accidentally ordered hot.
