用上鮮蜆黎熬製嘅湯底鮮甜味十足，飲落細膩幼滑🍲 雖然調味鹹左少少，不過勝在裡面有粒粒蜆肉、紅蘿蔔、西芹等配料，層次感夠豐富👏🏼
Although it was a little salty, it was so creamy and had so many chunks of clams and veggies which I loved!

上菜嗰陣嚇親，好大盤呀😍 沙律菜新鮮爽脆，配上鹹香嘅巴馬火腿同酸甜嘅醬汁一齊食非常開胃🥗 粟米粒粒飽滿多汁，烤過後充滿焦香，配上巴馬臣芝士同紅甜椒粉令佢更惹味🔥
Such nice plating for this dish! The salad leaves were fresh and crunchy, which went well with the savoury parma ham and salad dressing. The corn were juicy and had a nice aroma from the grill.

Beef Cheek Mushroom Linguine
牛面肉脂肪比例均勻，慢燴過程令肉味昇華，肉質軟淋，滿嘴都係豐富嘅骨膠原👅 扁意粉夠彈牙，掛滿有牛肉精華醬汁，裡面亦有炒香過嘅草菇、番茄同辣椒香提味🍝
The beef was braised till it was so tender, with red wine jus to bring out the sweet meaty flavour. It was so collagenous! The linguine was al dente, which clung onto the slightly spicy tomato sauce really well.

Homemade Dessert of the Day - Crème Brûlée
呢到嘅甜品都係自家製，而呢個布丁幾有驚喜🥳 首先焦糖做到光滑薄脆嘅效果，布丁帶有濃郁雲呢拿同蛋香，入口柔軟幼滑完全無氣孔，食完一啲都唔膩👍🏼
The top was caramelised till perfection, and the crisp contradicted well with the smooth and velvety pudding on the bottom.

Cappuccino
咖啡帶有偏nutty嘅味道，微微嘅苦味同奶泡柔軟嘅口感形成強烈對比，層次豐富，飲得出回甘嘅感覺☕️
This coffee had a slight nutty and bitter finish, which was dampened down by the mellow milk foam.
