12月26號食, 分6點&8點兩輪booking,揀佐前者~ 爸爸牛一, 一行5人, 不用等位就入了 (因為聖誕同潮州菜無乜啦lung所以唔多人食哈哈)刨完openrice, 嗌佐$5xx幾蚊菜, 飽到上頸。本來覺得有幾十個好評, 穩陣! 不過喺潮州爸爸&廚師媽媽面前, 也能挑出骨頭來...~_~*老水拼盤$118: 唯一可讚鹅片切得簿,對女仔好,good! 不過得6-7塊, 超少;下面係老水豆腐+唔夠入味既我翼+好硬好硬既我掌, 潮州媽媽話都唔算好味唔算抵食*普寧豆腐: 豆腐偏淡, 外脆内滑, 對一d無乜食潮野既家庭應該好特別, 好難喺其他鋪頭食到 (btw媽咪話呢隻未必正宗普寧豆腐, 係水豆腐代替, 不過都好味; 正宗既鹽水入面唔應該係蔥,要"搞菜") *介菜排骨煲: 普通, 好淋, 夠味 *煎蠔餅: 兩啖入面都有一啖有蠔, 算多咖啦,good; 不過為佐營造厚既效果, 撈佐好多好多番薯粉一齊煎, 食完都飽lu *豉x炒蜆: 其實唔關潮州事哈哈, 不建議叫。同大排檔炒蜆一樣, 4成係蜆殼, side氣。*反砂芋頭: 媽媽說應該係芋頭沾滿糖張後炸, 夠地道, 熱呼呼, 入面舊芋頭夠粉

媽媽說應該係芋頭沾滿糖張後炸, 夠地道, 熱呼呼, 入面舊芋頭夠粉, 堅好味, 美中不足係糖嗰層太厚, 一碟8舊, 一人食一舊就甜到食唔落。
