Personally, I LOVE duck breast more than duck confit when it comes to French dining 🦆

Using the dry-aged smoked version of duck breast made the fibres still soft but more complex.🍊The sweet and sour orange honey glazed vinegar sauce was to my liking in terms of flavour and consistency🍯

Fish is another difficult ingredient to handle. The skate wing here was one of the kind that fried to perfection without being too oily or too dry, keeping the original flavour and chewiness of the soft bones.

All the staff were very familiar with the menu and the food they were serving, giving us high confidence to try the best out of the restaurant. The friendliness and professionalism of the staff made us comfy throughout our feast. Will definitely pick this place for celebration again.🍾
