As a fan of Pho, thought I would have to try this after all the hype on the internet. Though, I wasn’t impressed (Brass still serves the best Pho in Central) The soup base was quite good but the beef slices were not as fresh as I would want them to be. The pho noodles freshly made in store turned out to be not all that different from other Mom-and-pop noodles places. It might have been a busy day when I visited. Hope to visit again next time when things get better.
