Girls night out to celebrate my friend’s success in completing her PhD oral defence. Booking was easy on weekdays as we called the restaurant last minute. Both 泉水魚頭湯 and 豬手 are delicious and I prefer the former as I am such a fan of fish head. The soup was rich but savoury and nourishing. It also had fish balls added to make it more filling. Overall, the service was nice and satisfying. Definitely worth a visit when you come to K11
