Great Food - Extremely slow service

I've been to Imamura 3 times and each time enjoyed fantastic food. They have a great sushi menu and in addition some set meals including an omakaze. Food is fresh, and cooking style is traditional Japanese without any HK adaptation. Service however is extremely slow. A dining experience may take 2 hours on average.
