Hing Fat Roast Restuarant is just a normal Cha Chaan Teng located in the busy area with full of tourists. Swiss Pork is unexpectedly soft and lovely, real delicious than some Cha Chaan Teng. Though the rice is a bit thick, like the rice cooked yesterday. Overall quite satisfied with my lunch.
