Today I ordered a simple order of 2 soup x noodle sets, each $88 on food panda from wheatfield and when they delivered it was wrong. This isn’t even the first time we ordered from them, the same exact set and they never got it wrong before. When online dining platform delivered, it was missing the chicken and the noodles were wrong. It was honestly alright that they forgot or messed up the order, people make mistakes. This isn’t even the first time we ordered from them, the same exact set and they never got it wrong before. When online dining platform delivered, it was missing the chicken and the noodles were wrong. It was honestly alright that they forgot or messed up the order, people make mistakes. The part that wasn’t okay was that when we called to tell them, they denied getting the order wrong and instead blamed the online dining platform delivery guy. Are you serious? I’m pretty sure food panda isn’t in charge of making and packaging the order. Why don’t the employee just admit they made a mistake. 1. Left out the chicken and 2. The noodles were wrong. In the other 3 or 2 times I’ve ordered the same exact set, the noodles would always be flavored with a sauce, if that’s wrong and they were supposed to be bare, then I guess all those other times I’ve ordered were wrong.
