Upon arrival, I was amazed by the warm water with pandan leaf flavour - it was really refreshing and thoughtful as most local restaurants do not offer water/tea, or the water usually comes with a weird taste.
Ordered the beef fillet and beef ball noodle with iced coconut coffee! The coffee was very flavourful and it has coconut flakes in it!!!!!!
The noodle then came briefly with the side of a piece of lime, some chilli, and fried dough stick (油炸鬼)! I first drank a spoonful of the broth, it was clear but flavourful, not too thick at all. Tried the fried dough to dip into the soup, not bad, but not a must if you don’t have room for it. The beef fillet was in chunks not pieces but tasteful! Beef balls were good and bouncy!
Overall good, service was standard, I would only come back if there’s no line or only a little wait.
