At around a bit before half past seven, there was a need to wait. At around a bit before half past seven, there was a need to wait. I ordered黑松露牛肝菌汁素雞片Stewed Angel Hair Pasta with sliced veggie chicken in mushroom & black truffle sauce ($70) because I like veggie chicken very much among all other veggie meats and there was no exception for this dish. The portion of the dish and veggie chicken was more than my expectation with assorted mushroom and a few dices of celery. Veggie chicken was full of flavour and I enjoyed much. The only complaint was that the sauce was not thick enough to hold the spaghetti and there was absent of black truffle flavour. Therefore, I turned over the spaghetti so that atop spaghetti placed at bottom could have enough time to soaked with the sauce. In overall, the taste of spaghetti was alright and though the texture was not al dente but not too soft. I will eat this dish again if I shopping at this district next time.
