Bread texture is a crunchy outside and soft inside which is normally expected texture for Japanese bread but nothing is extraordinary or surprising.
In summary , you may give a try to buy their bread if there is no queue there as the fad has been over. it is not worth to queue up for half an hour for their bread. And the price is a bit over since there are so much choices out there, like big grains.
