見到雜誌介紹又黎食下先,上網見食評又好多話中伏,仲試唔試好?攞左飛啦,咁啱又叫到,就試下啦,by UCC都唔會好難食啫。等左半個鐘,唔算好耐,都係限時入座,個半鐘。門口張地氈好可愛!連cafe都有bar枱,可以見到不同咖啡的機器和barista 用心為客人沖咖啡。Menu是甚有學術性的咖啡報紙,好有味道!睇到牆上的poster得知店員在2015和16比賽中得到champion 的訊息,就更有興趣試手調咖啡。2.30至6pm下午茶時間,weekend都有。凍冷泡咖啡哥斯達黎加($54),雖然不是一個很懂coffee的人,喝下去第一口很酸,口中又帶點苦苦的,回甘有些果香味,正好適合配waffle pancake吃,喝咖啡喜歡偏酸的可以嚐試一下。下午茶餐飲cappuccino,花拉得都幾靚,可惜奶味太重,蓋過了咖啡香味,差少少。合桃窩夫熱香餅伴vanilla ice-cream($62),waffle pancake 的製法特別,係Mellow Brown Coffee 自創的,先將一面用waffle機,然後蓋下蒸,做到餅面脆餅底軟的效果,配上walnut和雪糕食,好香,口感又豐富。唔想食s

唔想食strawberry flavour 咁common,可以試下香橙朱古力窩夫熱香餅下午茶餐($80),朱古力用上瑞士高級品牌Lindt,橙和朱古力其實係好夾的,忌廉係freshly made,配waffle pancake又係另一種味道,唔會太甜,nice。
