Honestly my husband and I can't rave more about this cafe. I live in Melbourne Australia so to impress me with coffee is extremely hard. We have some of the best of the best barista, however I must say I think the consistency at Y-not is perfection. Every time we go for a quick coffee hit has been perfect! We have been all over Hong Kong and by far this place has the best coffee. I even dare to say it's one of best coffee's I have ever tasted. My advice for whoever is the owner is to not open to

We have some of the best of the best barista, however I must say I think the consistency at Y-not is perfection. Every time we go for a quick coffee hit has been perfect! We have been all over Hong Kong and by far this place has the best coffee. I even dare to say it's one of best coffee's I have ever tasted. My advice for whoever is the owner is to not open too many shops as it can be hard for quality control. I always look forward to the coffee here. My recommendation is to try the latte and rose latte. The only negative is that the service wasn't the best, not to say the staff were rude but they weren't exactly the most friendly and seems pretty bored. Sometimes a smile is nice to see even if you don't have a long chat.
