I highly recommend the dinner buffet at Grand Cafe at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong !🌃 We arrived at 6pm yesterday and still managed to take a nice photo of the interior before the sun set.It’s been a while since I’ve had such a well-round buffet, where all sorts of food ranging from sashimis, ham & cheese platters, seafood, Chinese soups, meats, desserts etc., are of really high standards. I particularly recommend their signature Hainanese Chicken Rice (海南雞飯), foie gras on toast and their made to order

Their Hainanese Chicken Rice is even better than those in traditional Chinese restaurants (燒味鋪). The chicken skin is golden in color and the chicken meat is extremely tender and smooth. The oil rice is super delicious as well, with the right amount of oil added to make the rice silky but not overly greasy. I had 2 bowls of that for myself!!
Don’t forget to spare some gastric space for their special homemade ice cream! I simply couldn’t get enough of the HK Milk Tea ice cream last night🍦
Just in case you’re too lazy to read the above, just remember one thing- GET THE HAINANESE CHICKEN RICE! 記住試海南雞飯啊🐣
