Bathing chicken 一流一沖涼雞

Ordered the bathing chicken 沖涼雞, which is literally what the menu says in Chinese.It turned out really nice but shame the rice was rubbish because I got a mix of extremely hard dry rice as well as mushy congee.As for the chicken, it tasted really good because the sauce was not spicy as it looked yet it had a strong vinegar and garlic taste just like the shandong chicken at this restaurant in Wan Chai.
