Her attitude continued to worsen over time, gave us those unbearable glare and face. When the bill came, we just wanted her to put it down for a bit so the table could calculate and split the bill. She came back within 5 seconds, and kept telling us impatiently how much the bill was.
I complained her attitude and customer service, she raised her voice and said sarcastically, "ok fine, i apologized, is that enough?????" If it was a sincere apology, I would've accepted it but she just had to make things even worse. I said to her, "cut your b****y attitude, would ya?" She stomped away and came back with an older English man who seemed to be the shopkeeper/boss. Being the manager of the shop, WITHOUT understanding what was happening, he just asked me to leave the place.
Just never imagined service could be THAT bad nowadays in Hong Kong.
