To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. We , 2 persons, called around 7:30pm and arrived at 8pm for our boooking on the same date. The staff were so busy to tidy up the empty table around us and decided it’s priority above serving us. It took us some time to have the menu and we requested twice to b seated at a rectangular table with sofa seats on both sides. Our requests were ignored and we were moved to a big round table which increased the difficulties of socializing and interacting. the captain who instructed the staff at our face

Our requests were ignored and we were moved to a big round table which increased the difficulties of socializing and interacting. the captain who instructed the staff at our face, had really bad attitude and inpatient expressions… by the way, the restaurant wasn’t full booking at all and we just wanted to take the vacant table~ pardon me!

So we left without ordering anything~
