My friend asked me to join him for dinner tonight and he suggested that we have dim sum. Dim Sum Heritage was located at Morrison Hill Road, several minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR.They served steamed, baked and fried dim sum, rice roll, soup, congee, desserts and drinks etc. Homemade herbal drink - It was cooling and sweet, very refreshing. It helped during this hot weather.Double boiled soup with chicken feet, black eyed peas and peanuts - It was nourishing and clear, slightly oily though.

Homemade herbal drink - It was cooling and sweet, very refreshing. It helped during this hot weather.
Double boiled soup with chicken feet, black eyed peas and peanuts - It was nourishing and clear, slightly oily though. The soup absorbed the essence of the ingredients, and peanuts were chewy and chicken feet and soft and smooth.
Charcoal salted egg yolk custard bun - It was served hot and the bun was soft and smooth. The salted egg lava came flowing out and was flavourful, with strong egg yolk taste.
Steamed shrimp dumpling with black truffle - It was steamed till the skin was soft and smooth, and the shrimp was fresh, with strong black truffle taste.
Siu mai - It was steamed till chewy and juicy, with fresh pork meat and shrimps in it.
Steamed rice with chicken and black fungus - The chef was generous with the serving, with lots of black fungus and chicken in it. Chicken was steamed till soft and smooth and black fungus was chewy too.
Mango pudding - It was soft and smooth, with some jelly in it. It has strong mango taste as well.
