Summary: Another good place to have all-you-can-eat shabu shabu. Choice of food is fairly standard (not overly limited nor excessive).
The Goods: I think the food are quite good quality for the price. Not to mention they have Haagen-Dazs inclusive.
The Bads: Not a lot at this price. If I really have to say something, some vegetables look a bit stale. Probably because they put them out for a long time.
Damage: We ordered premium beef course for 90 minutes at HK$149 (+10% SC), that's HK$164 per person. That's the cheapest option for this restaurant.

As always, we like to have shabu shabu buffet because 1) we like the category itself, and 2) we know exactly how much it will cost and don't have to spend a fortune wanting to eat everything in a-la-cart setting. This would be one of them that we can come back. As is always the case, we picked the cheapest option (but still went for 90 minutes - could've gone for 60 minutes which is even cheaper), so when you read below you have to take into account that beef quality is reflective of the price.  Another note, I came during CNY which a lot of other places marked up their price, but this one doesn't. Great job!

As is the case with all shabu buffet, you will need to order meat with service staffs and the rest are self serviced. The beef needs a bit more fat in it as it feels a bit dry/tough to eat. Having said that, it's not at all bad; it could be better but it's ok as it is. Pork on the other hand is surprisingly good. Although it doesn't have a lot of fat, it is still very tender and not "dry". I would recommend.

Next is the vegetable options. I've listed all the available vegetables in the photo details so you can check it out to see all the names (if the photo alone is not enough!). I would say they're reasonably fresh. However some of them look a bit stale from being left out a bit long. I was one of the first few tables so maybe they don't have enough turnover yet. Vegetables are quite standard as long as they're fresh so I'm not going to give out any recommendations here. They're all ok.

The meat ball option is in below. Same as vegetable, I listed all the names in the photo detail. Of these, I personally like fried beancurd balls, and mushroom pork balls the most. The other meat balls are alright, not too much flour in their composition (that's usually cheaper quality) but at the same time they're quite standard.

The sauces are also quite standard for Japanese-style shabu shabu (soy sauce, sesame, yakiniku, and ponzu sauce). They also come with garnishes (chopped spring onion, coriander, garlic, fried garlic, and chilli.

The one thing I like for this place (and I guess what kind of separate this from the others shabu place) is that their curry - it comes with chunks of beef, instead of just minced beef like the others. However, i think it needs to be a bit sweeter, and perhaps more starch (it is a bit runny). They also serve criss-cut fries, but I don't think it's anything special.

Also another good thing about this is they have Haagen-Dazs ice cream as dessert. They have more standard flavours like, vanilla, cookie and cream, strawberry, and blueberry. This is a good thing (for me at least) as the more unique flavour tends to be less good in my view.

One last thing is the drinks. Again, it's fairly standard with usual fizzy drinks, and flavoured tea. One note is this place doesn't have beers as the other places has, not that I'm complaining as I don't think at lunch anyways. Just a note if you are expecting it.

Well, that's about it! As mentioned at the beginning, it's fairly standard shabu shabu buffet place, everything is as expected and nothing out of ordinary (except if you think Haagen-Dazs is a big positive - I don't). Having said that, it is a good thing. If you're not looking for anything fancy, this is another place that you can always go to!
