Recently I had dining at Royal INN in Tsim Sha Tsui, where I indulged in their tea set with my friend. The restaurant's decor is opulent and truly stunning, making for a luxurious dining experience.

We ordered a tea set which includes:
Cheese cake
Vanilla Eclair
Citrus Madeleine
Colorful Macaroons
Prosciutto & Melon
Truffle Cheese Croque Monsieur
Duck Croquette
Lobster Toast
Crab & Salmon Roe Blinis
Smoked Salmon Tart w/ Caviar
Seared Hokkaido scallop

The tea set itself was served on a three-tiered English plate, adding to the high-end feel of the meal. Each dish was beautifully presented and incredibly refined, showcasing the chef's skill and attention to detail.

One of the standout features of the meal was the freshness of the ingredients used. It was clear that each dish was made to order, as the flavors were vibrant and the textures were perfectly executed.

The variety of dishes included in the tea set was impressive, and each was carefully crafted to allow us to experience a wide range of flavors and textures. Some of my personal favorites were the prosciutto and melon, the seared Hokkaido scallop, and the lobster toast.

Besides, we ordered coffee and chocolate drinks, which was a delightful end to the meal. I had a decadent and satisfying experience the tea set at Royal INN. We were so full after the meal that we didn't even need to have dinner later.
