Restaurant: Poke Go (漆咸道南)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 睇完史迪仔電影之後,對夏威夷產生咗濃厚興趣,想試試夏威夷風格嘅餐廳。香港人對夏威夷最熟悉嘅就係POKE,於是就決定睇完戲即刻去食。餐廳位置比較近尖東,但即使我九點先入座,座位都差唔多坐滿,證明佢有一定嘅口碑。一入到去,就見到啲植物迎接我,裝潢風格都幾有特色,例如其中一面牆上面畫有卡通圖案,但整體以水泥風為主,簡約又有型。餐廳採用QR Code點餐,不過都會提供實體餐牌,方便我哋唔需要睇得咁辛苦。喺食物方面,有自選材料嘅選擇,而且設計咗適合有選擇困難症朋友嘅套餐選擇。傳統嘅POKE係用刺身,但為咗照顧唔習慣食生嘢嘅朋友,佢哋亦有熟食版本,好貼心。我仲留意到有一個叫 “Ohana” 嘅選項,如果有睇史迪仔電影嘅都會知道「Ohana」原本就係夏威夷語,意思就係「家庭」或「大家庭」,除咗Ohana之外,仲有Aloha,係夏威夷人經常用作打招呼嘅你好咁解。原本我都想試個Ohana,但因為部份材料唔係幾吸引,最終就決定自己揀材料。我選咗壽司飯同沙律菜,再加上三文魚、青瓜、雞蛋絲、芝麻、海帶同鮮蟹肉。配料除咗辣粉外,全部都有放。餐點很快就上枱,雖然冇睇到沙律菜,但見到飯份量都幾足,所以就先食飯啦,如

我選咗壽司飯同沙律菜,再加上三文魚、青瓜、雞蛋絲、芝麻、海帶同鮮蟹肉。配料除咗辣粉外,全部都有放。餐點很快就上枱,雖然冇睇到沙律菜,但見到飯份量都幾足,所以就先食飯啦,如果唔係就冇空間俾我撈埋啲配料,。由於有木魚絲點綴,賣相更有層次;三文魚切得又大又厚,甚至比骰仔仲大粒,食落去又多又滿足。蟹肉完全冇腥味,雞蛋絲切得好幼細。海帶只輕微調味,食落微帶海水味,三文魚則保持咗應有嘅鮮味,咬落去大塊肉感十足。醬汁我選咗柚子醬油醋,拌勻之後味道唔會太重,飯粒唔會過於腍軟,保持一定嘅彈牙。想再開胃啲,可以擠青檸汁,令成個味道更清新。

我特別推薦佢哋嘅炸蓮藕,好好食!炸得好脆唔油膩,入口好似健康版嘅薯片。我仲有個另類食法,就係將炸蓮藕整碎,配埋飯同三文魚等配料一齊食,咁就可以得出脆同軟嘅層次感。下次大家可以試吓呢個方法!另外,餐廳嘅下午茶都幾抵食,下次再嚟試吓。
