正日生日飯就選了香港東隅酒店FEAST,最主要都是為了ALL YOU CAN EAT 的熱盤主菜而來,自助晚餐週一至週四成人每位$565,Openrice book枱有七五折,折後連加一每人只需$480.5。餐廳裝修甚有格調,內裡環境寬敞,極高樓底充滿空間感,座位之間不會排得太擠,可能因為過往這裡主打一碟主菜的semi-buffet,所以吃buffet時就會覺得每張枱面積較平時一般的酒店窄小,不適宜一次過放太多碟。始終這裡是主打熱盤,凍海鮮款式亦不多,只有生蠔、蟹腳、鮮蝦及翡翠螺四款。全晚冰鎮海鮮源源不絕地供應,食物refill 速度夠快,每次拿取生蠔時亦不限件數。平時最喜歡吃蟹腳,可惜以酒店自助餐來說,蟹腳水準實在一般,除了size偏細之外,肉質也有點霉,還是留肚主攻熱盤好了...魚生刺身即點即切,款式就和大部分酒店自助餐大同小異。壽司擺盤頗吸引,而且有點驚喜的是沒有出現平時吃buffet時飯粒雪得又乾又硬的問題。沙律吧有多款已經拌好的沙律,而且放在自動感應開關門的冷藏庫內,方便之餘也更衛生整潔。水牛芝士質感像豆腐般細滑軟嫩,配上酸甜的蕃茄切片,冰涼清新,還有我最愛的紅菜頭,清甜又爽

主菜款式大約十多款,但勝在貴精不貴多,賣相擺盤精緻之餘,因為全都是即叫即煮,比起平時一早煮好的大包圍buffet,食物較易保持剛剛煮好的熱度,質素其實更勝一籌,大約等五至十分鐘就上枱,加上酒店放題不設限時,可以慢慢享受美食。
