如果你問我「八木橋」有咩係必嗌,我諗都唔使諗就會答你:「A4和牛同埋個比目魚西京燒!」 呢兩樣嘢,真係試過一次就會上癮!

先講主角 A4和牛,一上碟已經贏晒!啲雪花分佈靚到好似藝術品,均勻到呢!放上爐燒,聞住個油香,未食都流口水。燒到五成熟左右係最正,入口真係即!化! 個種油脂感超豐腴,但一啲都唔膩口,牛味濃得嚟帶住淡淡甜香,唔使點任何醬汁,齋食已經好幸福。口感嫩滑到呢,用「入口即溶」形容一啲都唔誇張,真係掂過碌蔗!

另一樣驚喜係 比目魚西京燒!平時燒肉店好少見到咁高質嘅海鮮。佢用咗西京味噌嚟醃,燒到表面有少少焦香,但裡面啲魚肉依然保持到超超超嫩滑,一啖落去,肉質好似會「溜」入喉嚨咁!味噌嘅甜香同魚嘅鮮味夾到絕,鹹甜度剛剛好,食完成個口腔都仲留返陣香氣,真心推介!

A4和牛係極上嘅味覺享受,而比目魚西京燒就係一個完美嘅調劑,解膩又鮮味。雖然價錢有少少高,但質素絕對對得住個價錢!係會令人想encore再encore嘅味道!
