I choose this restaurant to celebrate the wedding anniversary...this is definitely the right choice. The food quality, the service and environment are excellent. Instead of trying the 8-course tasting menu, we go for the a la carte...thanks Keith for his wonderful suggestions. 1. Top starter including five starters on the menu...of course in a smaller portion. The 'steamed duck foie gras' is so smooth and tastes excellent together with the sauces and chutney of pears and ginger. 2. Britt

2. Brittany lobster with ceasar salad...you should not miss this lobster from France
3. Main courses - sea scallops and roasted saddle of lamb. What shall we say...bravo!
4. The sorbet and the coconut meringue with hot strawberry sauce is good. I love the coconut meringue...so crispy.
5. Assorted sorbet - the pistachio and mustela (hazelnut paste) are my favorites. The mandarin orange one tastes very special.
6. The chocolate raspberry mousse cake is magnificent...
Though it's a really expensive dinner...but it worths every cent...
