4/5

沙嗲豬,雞,牛 - Satay Pork, Chicken & Beef:
The par-cooked satay sticks, much like most Thai shops, are finished off on the grill at the last minute. Normally this tends to dry out the meat and whatever moisture it had left, but with a quick basting of a yellow sauce and by not over-grilling during the re-heating process, these sticks ate better than I thought they could. The meat all had their own respective tastes, the pork was tasty, the lamb gamey. The Peanutty Satay Sauce seemed house made with a lining of chunky nuts beneath ~ to some this would definitely not be aromatic enough or strong enough. To me, its acceptable provided you enjoy taste the meat and its marination, rather than the external sauce, although sometimes I woudn't mind having a bolder, slightly hotter and more exotic sauce as well. What do you think? 3.5/5

A SHOP I WILL RETURN TO, DUE TO CONVENINCE AND IF I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE IN THE VICINITY ~ BUT THERE SEEMS TO BE PLENTY OF THAI PLACES YET TO BE EXPLORED...
I don't like Par-Cooked, Grilled Skewers in Theory
