To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日星期四上午喺openrice訂了兩位點心放題,大約十一點四十五分到埗後便揀選點心然後落單,等候第一輪點心的時間大約要二十多分鐘左右,但期間可以到出面自助區揀選其他食物,種類方面有剛炸起嘅春捲、鹹水角、苦瓜排骨、皮蛋瘦肉粥、鮑汁鳳爪同埋白雲鳳爪等,食物熱辣辣,尤其是鮑汁鳳爪與及脆炸嘅春捲,味道真的很好。跟住即叫即蒸的點心便拿來,每一件都係熱騰騰十分之好味,份量亦十足例如炆豬手三隻豬手都大大件,蝦餃同埋燒賣都十分新鮮好吃,而蒸排骨一整碟只用少量芋頭墊底其如全部啖啖肉嘅排骨,然後就係鳳爪、腸粉都係很好味道,反而粉麵飯製作可以再遲啲先叫,時間其實有三小時,真的很充足,第二輪點心亦很快就已經放上枱面,最後食埋乾炒牛河、新鮮出籠的灌湯餃同埋紅棗糕,這是很滿足的一餐,飽飽地坐到兩點半便離開。
