上枱熱氣騰騰好大碗,鋪滿各樣豬什,樣樣齊

先品嘗一口清湯,湯色清澈
再夾起豬什,蘸自製辣椒豉油,香而不嗆,提升豬什的味道,食材處理乾淨無異味,河粉薄而滑嫩,放一陣都沒有糊化,入口滑順,帶有米香的天然甜味。
