位於香港九龍東皇冠假日酒店既紫粵軒推咗「金秋大閘蟹宴」,大閘蟹宴只係至到11月30日,套餐除咗大閘蟹,亦會有湯品同熱菜,大閘蟹仲可以選擇桂花蒸,趕係大閘蟹季完之前黎試下,唔係又要等多一年先食大閘蟹。餐廳位置寬闊,店員服務亦都好好。✨「金秋大閘蟹宴」晚市套餐🌟脆盞蛋白炒蟹粉伴青瓜海蜇頭坐底後會先揀咗蟹既蒸法,然後會上每人一份頭盤,蛋白炒蟹粉用炸脆米網裝住,蛋白滑身,仲有一絲絲蟹肉、蝦仁同扇貝,調味剛好。仲有酸甜爽脆既青瓜海蜇頭,好開胃。🌟海皇燕窩蟹肉羹跟住到湯品,用咗大量食材熬製既上湯,加上燕窩同蟹肉,仲有切條既帶子,好足料,上湯加海鮮鮮味十足。可以按個人口味加胡椒粉調味🌟大閘蟹三隻套餐包咗每人三隻大閘蟹,餐廳選用正宗江蘇大閘蟹,每隻約四両重,可以揀清蒸或桂花蒸。我地要咗各一半,桂花蒸大閘蟹打開會有淡淡桂花香,但蟹膏及蟹肉的味道又唔會俾桂花影響。大閘蟹肉厚,部份除咗飽滿既黃膏仲有白膏,較軟身黏口。鮮味十足。店員仲會等你食完一輪先再上第二輪,唔會放到啲大閘蟹凍晒。🌟棗皇薑茶食完蟹唔少得飲返杯薑茶暖胃,棗皇薑茶薑味濃郁,仲有淡淡紅棗甜味。💥💥另外客人仲會收到好幸福特濃薑萡同$5好幸福薑萡萬寧

🌟石鍋蟹粉帶子炒飯
食完蟹會上埋兩份熱菜,菠菜苗連超多蟹肉,每啖都食到蟹肉。最後會係熱辣辣既石鍋炒飯,石鍋上菜既時候仲好熱,余温會令底下既飯有飯焦,有脆脆既口感,炒飯粒粒分明,加咗帶子同蟹肉,味道唔錯而且份量多。
