To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 中秋做節，櫈非常污糟，用手摸都有灰，非常唔衛生。要汽水，汽水係暖嘅，要求換，仲要比面色你睇。上菜非常慢，2個鐘都未上到”原隻龍蝦伊麵”，黎到變左龍蝦烏冬，仲要唔係原隻龍蝦，有3條尾，4個頭。向部長要求重新做，一男一女部長態度非常差，唔換之餘仲要話冇哂伊麵，話我地只可以要烏冬。但轉個頭我地又見到一碟又一碟伊麵出爐，反問部長，呢個係佢原話：人地一枱食8千蚊，你地食得1千蚊。貨不對版，態度極度惡劣，狗眼看人低，非常唔尊重冇禮貌，基本尊重都冇，貼錢買難受。
