To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 估唔到食傳統上海菜,卻走進了工業風裝潢的菜館,很有風格,很多人在牆身影相打卡。小籠包沒有令我失望,仍保留傳統上海風味,熱騰騰送上枱上,鮮肉的甜味,加上肉汁的精華,蘸上黑醋,在包的皮上輕輕吮吸湯汁,再一口整個食落去,完美小排骨擔擔麵岩老公食,老公對上海麵都有要求,食得出不是機製麵,因為呢碗手工麵很彈牙,不會黏粉,條條分明。仲有湯底充滿花生香味,小排骨炒至金黃酥脆,伴麵食一流。酸辣湯雲吞很惹味,酸酸辣辣的湯底,湯料有筍絲,豆腐絲,木耳絲等等,雲吞是菜肉餡,非常飽滿。石榴一字骨係充滿果香的小菜,我超喜歡石榴的香氣,可以細啃一字骨,肉質嫩滑,吸收果香,食落好開胃孜然牛肉很有風味,牛肉片嫩滑,醃得入味,爆炒後不會柴皮,加上洋蔥,孜然粉配搭,如果襯埋燒酒就正。高力豆沙圓滿了整個晚餐,蛋白熱辣辣炸起,圓滾滾的,餡料是軟綿豆沙,外面灑上糖粉,不算太甜。
