To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從朋友口中得知 佐敦的逸東軒最近被香港餐廳週評為「最佳中餐廳」,所以便約了一行六人一嘗逸東軒在此Dining Week 的set lunch餐單。餐廳環境高雅,每張枱之間保持一定的距離,給客人絕對的隱私。服務員的態度亦十分和善有禮。食物方面,菜肴都很美味,特別是第二道的灌湯餃和第三道的魚。此菜單並沒有甜點部分,因此我們又從主餐牌上點了兩款餐廳非常有名的 家鄉甜薄撐 和 芒果糯米卷。兩款都十分推薦,尤其是甜薄撐。
