呢個菜式係當晚至愛既其中之一💙煎香既鵝肝爆曬油又軟糯,咬落真係好guilty好邪惡呀🫣底下片麵包將鵝油吸收左,連果啲精華都唔放過,再點埋特製既黑蒜汁一齊食,又香又濃郁真係好好食👍🏻👍🏻

廚師建議我地先試原味大蝦,個蝦肉彈牙多汁,咩都唔點都已經好食,第二啖就可以試下點蟹羔醬同黑椒海鹽,可以加强海鮮既鮮甜味,令到成道菜式整體味道再昇華一層

主菜可以選擇和牛或者雞肉,我地兩個牛魔王就當然唔會放過食和牛既機會啦😉廚師建議我地要五成熟,和牛既油脂分布平均,入口即融🥰可以點少少岩鹽或者黑松露醬調味,而伴碟既炸蒜脆卜卜幾香口,可以減低油膩感之餘,用黎點黑松露醬都同樣係十分惹味

我哋呢個二人餐最尾係會有個炒飯俾我哋,因為兩個味道都想試,所以要咗各一,而師傅都好好咁幫我哋製作,櫻花蝦炒飯嘅味道都幾有驚喜,蝦乾嘅味道好出而且好有口感,炒飯入面有啲蔬菜同埋蛋碎,食得到粒粒分明同埋好香醬油味,唔知係用咩醬油炒呢🤔而黑松露和牛炒飯就相對比較淡口味少少,可能上一道菜食左和牛,就覺得和牛炒飯無咁有滿足感啦😝不過整體口味不錯的

甜品之前其實仲有麵豉湯同漬物的,然後就到左甜品環節😜芝士蛋糕口味香濃,質地較硬身,似New York Cheesecake 既感覺,而上面既抹茶mousse 都算重抹茶味架,雖然得細細舊,但食完已經好有滿足感啦
