To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日得一個原因嚟到稻香酒樓,就係試吓佢一個平通全港嘅早餐孖寶點心,睇吓質素如何。餐單上著名“老友記專享孖寶”,以為65歲以上先叫得,原來所有人都叫得,虛驚一場。共有十款點心你揀,我叫左個牛柳陳村粉和鮑片鮮竹卷,先講牛柳炆得唔夠淋,要俾啲力先咬到,如果老人家要有少少牙力,喜歡陳村粉不太油,亦不會太多汁浸住,味道不太濃,只有淡淡炆牛柳嘅味,我覺得合格。鮑片鮮竹卷就蠔油味較濃,鮑片只有小小兩片,鮮竹卷算正常發揮,可以一試。總結,整體味道可以,上枱時亦有温度,份量偏少,可能本身個餐嘅目標都係老人家,份量偏細合理。埋單$18.8+茶錢$11再加一,都係$33埋單,真係輕食嘆茶平價之選。
