To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 爸爸聽同事講，哩幾日稻香做緊帝王蟹優惠，平時$168/斤嘅帝王蟹，依家$138/斤，襯今日最後一日黎同婆婆一齊試下。晏就打電話黎問，六點開始入座，先到先得，冇得book位，店員都建議大家早d黎排隊。果然超級多人，放工衝去都已經好多人，好在媽媽早d同婆婆到。一坐低就攞飛去揀蟹，魚缸隔離排住長龍，每一台限食一隻，睇黎大家都係為左隻蟹黎。蒸蟹需要大概20分鐘，蟹長有手臂咁長，6隻蟹腳都非常飽滿，每人一隻自己剪成超大蟹柳，舔醋食又另一番風味。望望周圍嘅蟹，大家都冇好多膏，我地好似中獎咁，隻蟹竟然超多膏！多到可以用羹食！蟹肉點落蟹膏度再食，不得了！除左蟹之外，我地仲叫左糯米飯，熱辣辣，花生仲好脆，糯米軟熟，整體唔錯。燒味拼盤有叉燒、燒鵝、雞、木耳、薑。魚香花膠茄子都唔錯，花膠有5-6小塊，都幾入味。婆婆食得開心，好滿足！
