To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直老豆都想食,撞正家姐食字名,不如一試。好隔陟Gar,陸羽街口一直行盡再轉左@@"中國人最重視個湯,佢既燉湯(仲有蛇羹!!)亦好出名。肥寒當然揀左I無花果蜜棗豬肺湯啦,養聲喎。個湯喪清,豬肺亦洗得好乾淨,好純,嗯~好想飲多盅@@"之後既蛋角VS桂花翅呢,前者叮完之後好Lum,但Live就嫌味道唔夠搶;後者就爽既(炒得乾身先正常),金華火腿絲幫左佢提味*另外青衣腩煲家常得黎班腩脆腍有度,枝竹吸左紅燒汁好送飯;(佢要炆到只有少少汁,要送飯就要撈埋?,過猶不及吊你癮")蟹肉扒西蘭花同琵琶豆腐相比起之前既比較平淡,不過前者既蟹肉好足料。最後四樣名物啦。椒鹽蛇碌 - 如果怕多骨既人唔好食,五香味好重,愛濃味人士必點=]臘腸羊肉煲仔飯兩者味唔搶,羊肉要羶先好食的嘛,何況佢都OK滑=]而馬蹄牛肉就比較有咬口,不過就簡單左D@@"最後既綠豆沙香草味道唔太搶,綠豆亦唔會漿住個口,清新地做個結尾幾唔錯=]其實都OK翻兜Gar,但,一家人再食多一次飯,唉.....希望仲有機會@@"
