• 蒜泥白肉:白肉切得薄薄的,入口嫩滑,蒜泥同辣油嘅搭配好香,唔會太油膩,開胃一流。

• 地獄雞翼:呢個真係「地獄」級辣!雞翼烤得外脆內嫩,辣到舌頭有啲麻,但係停唔到口,愈食愈想食。

• 蒜泥青瓜:清爽解膩,青瓜爽脆,蒜香撲鼻,食完麻辣嘢嚟一啖,完美平衡。

• 酸辣土豆絲:土豆絲炒得爽口,酸酸辣辣好開胃,份量都唔少,食到好滿足。


To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.
