安平燒肉(荃灣店)新推出Lv4日本A4+和牛套餐,套餐包括任食三款日本A4+和牛、炭燒白鱔、炙燒霸王蝦、威士忌釀鮑魚同埋柚子鮑魚酥,仲可以任飲啤酒同埋特調雞尾酒,而且可以任點其他Lv套餐食物,種類超豐富。安平燒肉(荃灣店)估地好大,地方寬敞。一坐低,店員就送上一壺暖笠笠嘅迎客清雞湯。日本A4+和牛雖然套餐入面有三款日本A4+和牛,不過我哋今餐主要都係食燒日本A4+和牛為主。達到A4級或以上級別嘅日本和牛色澤好鮮明,雪花紋理真係靚到不得了,分佈得勁均勻又細緻!每邊輕烤咗大約20秒,燒到5成熟嗰陣,塊和牛望落去已經超級juicy同柔嫩,一擺入口,肉汁爆發,真係超幸福,最正係可以任點任食!🤤日本A4+和牛壽喜燒和牛壽喜燒同樣係用靚靚嘅日本A4+和牛,配埋甜甜地嘅壽喜燒汁同新鮮蔬菜一齊煮,食落暖笠笠又好惹味,同燒肉係完全唔同嘅風味。日本A4+醬燒一口和牛丁切成一粒粒嘅一口和牛丁配埋洋蔥用醬汁燒,一啖一粒,肉味濃郁之餘仲有酸甜味,口感豐富!除咗日本A4+和牛,Lv4其他食物質素亦都好唔錯:炭燒白鱔配合我燒烤技術,白鱔燒到金黃香脆,食落皮脆肉滑,白鱔本身嘅鮮味都好突出。炙燒霸王蝦啲蝦真係好大隻!啲

厚切牛舌真係超厚!餐廳好貼心提供埋漏斗計時,每邊燒兩分鐘就啱啱好。燒完之後,店員會幫忙將牛舌切開,見到入面仲係靚靚嘅粉嫩色,外層就燒到有啲焦香。一咬落去,口感勁爽滑彈牙!最後唧啲檸檬汁上去,即刻清新返晒!🍋
