To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾兩年連續入選米芝蓮星級推薦的中菜館,在餐廳內可眺望到維港海景。餐廳選材矜貴,做法複雜,菜餚的造型亦十分精緻。 一星期唯一日一日假期,當然不能浪費,我朋友先去間有靚風景既餐廳,而我要近尖沙咀方便我返工,所以我地擇左位於I Square 30樓南海一號。事不宜遲立即去相。我地2人擇左點心任點,食90分鐘,食野未食其實已經相機先食,加上這個無敵大風景簡直未食已經飽左。脆皮素春卷:外皮脆卜卜,入口爽脆,配合磨菇,青菜,羅白,非常好食芝麻綠茶餅:入口鬆弛,線茶味香濃,炒香芝麻好正,非常好食蟹子燒賣:皮薄,香菇味夠濃郁,與豬肉的比例恰到好處,蝦肉彈牙,好食黑松露素粉果:粉果粒粒都很飽滿,餡料十足及很爽口,外皮偏厚但入口口感非常煙韌,亦很軟熟。蝦蛟:皮白如雪,薄如紙,半透明,內餡隱約可見。鮮蝦菜苗餃:裡面有爽脆馬蹄,冬菇,爽中蝦,新鮮豆苗,內涵一d都唔吝嗇外型精緻,皮薄,好食潮式糯米卷:糯米卷熱辣辣,糯米煙韌夠香口,入面有花生同埋蝦米,味道不錯日式煎餃子:煎得有點焦,裡面的是椰菜豬肉餡,椰菜仍然保留一點爽度,味道不錯,當然如果有多點肉汁就更加好,餃皮不算很薄沙爹京葱炒牛肉:炒熟的京蔥味道帶甜,牛肉

滑蛋鮮蝦仁:簡單的原料,豐富的營養,亮麗的色彩,鮮嫩的口感
個人感想:蝦蛟非常好食,我食完又食,座位舒服,服務好好,非常喜歡,風景好正。唯一缺點,無服務員會主動上茶,比較被動。
