To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 1 今天不知為何，煮得很慢。 1.1: 1:05 p.m. 放lunch坐低, 5位同事一起叫A餐（意大利香草海鮮炒天使麵），全部都是要白湯。到了約 1:15 p.m.，竟然有waitress問：「你們有多少位是叫了紅湯？」 1.2: 吹了很多次，但炒天使麵還未來。到了1:55 p.m.，我們站起來，周圍走走，希望會看見經理，誰知炒天使麵終於來了來了，fine...。 1.3: 當5碟食物來的時候，隔離桌的人說：「我們都未有喎！！！」。那時，屬於我們的其中一碟食物就先被拿到隔離桌。所以此時只有4碟食物到了。 1.4: 等到 2:00 p.m.，第5碟的食物終於到了。 2 食物質素欠佳 2.1: 湯有點稀，而且湯面上能見有油，很肥膩。喝下去有點似燒鴨味。 2.2: 上段1.3的4碟天使麵明顯是有點冷，好像是等了一會兒才拿出來似的。上段1.4的天使麵則是很熱，應該是剛炒好的。
