To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日,早起,看早場,難得的 me time!iSquare最早的1場是08:00,入場前先吃個早餐,吃早餐是我人生養成的第1個好習慣,地點選了 iSquare附近,九龍酒店商場地庫的百份百餐廳。是日早餐,點了以下的:#餐肉炒蛋公仔麵:1)份量足,比我家樓下意樂(同一集團)多;2)炒蛋夠滑,加分;3)加了紅蘿蔔絲、白蘿蔔絲,加分;4)午餐肉沒有煎過,扣分;5)湯底淡而無味,扣分。#熱咖啡:多奶走糖,我喜歡!服務:我進店時,1位中年、長髮、戴眼鏡的女店員,對我說:1位,除咗卡位,隨便坐。但我看到中間有4個卡位,其中2個都坐了1個人,另外2個卡位沒有人坐;反正我不坐卡位也可以,就坐了靠牆的小方枱。然後,每當有客人進店,那位女店員會不斷重複“1位,除咗卡位,隨便坐”,直到客人坐下,聽到我好煩!終於,有位先生,1個人坐了卡位,女店員就立即收了聲!😂

但我看到中間有4個卡位,其中2個都坐了1個人,另外2個卡位沒有人坐;反正我不坐卡位也可以,就坐了靠牆的小方枱。
然後,每當有客人進店,那位女店員會不斷重複“1位,除咗卡位,隨便坐”,直到客人坐下,聽到我好煩!
終於,有位先生,1個人坐了卡位,女店員就立即收了聲!😂
