龍蝦同蟹都係my favor,實在好難揀呀~所以兩個都要😆🥢蟹湯飯(鯛魚湯底)($138):鍋子底用微火保温,一只巨蟹放在鍋上視覺效果很不錯喔!這裡主打鯛魚湯,飲落除左濃郁魚味仲有蟹的鮮甜。蟹蓋有些膏,蟹肉嫩而鮮甜,加埋配菜(海帶、木耳絲、京蔥花、脆米和油揚)口感豐富,有驚喜👍🏻🥢龍蝦湯烏冬(鯛魚湯底)($138):同樣的湯底,但跟蟹湯比較少了一點鮮味🤔。吃一口蝦膏和蝦肉,口感少少粗糙、味淡,不過呢個價食到原隻龍蝦算抵了。新鮮蟹同冷藏龍蝦,個人prefer前者^_^
