有一次我去上環找換店對錢,剛好約了舊朋友食飯,介紹了我來這家龍蝦為主題的餐廳,點了一個套餐,方便迷惘的我們不用思考吃什麼先來宮廷走著暖胃湯,用著古式酒杯裝著暖胃湯就像古人品酒充滿中式風味,一飲下去已感到口腔至胃部都有一股暖意蔓延出來龍味點心拼盤有3款點心龍蝦蝦餃,餃皮晶瑩剔透,龍蝦肉非常彈牙蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣,滿滿的蟹籽口感清脆,彈牙的蝦肉和軟綿的豬肉放在同一粒燒賣內形成強烈的對比卡邦尼小甘筍,外觀已經十分精緻,酥脆而不油膩脆米波士頓龍蝦鮑魚海蝦帶子泡飯,龍蝦新鮮彈牙,廚師早已打碎龍蝦鉗方便食用;鮑魚鮮甜煙韌,配上海蝦成個泡飯有如口中裝下汪洋大海一般充的豐富,食左2碗先發現未加脆米,加上再吃又別有一翻風味紅粉玉露係番石榴加西米既新派糖水,味道清新加上西米爽口,使得口感豐富

龍蝦蝦餃,餃皮晶瑩剔透,龍蝦肉非常彈牙
蟹籽鮮蝦燒賣,滿滿的蟹籽口感清脆,彈牙的蝦肉和軟綿的豬肉放在同一粒燒賣內形成強烈的對比
卡邦尼小甘筍,外觀已經十分精緻,酥脆而不油膩

脆米波士頓龍蝦鮑魚海蝦帶子泡飯,龍蝦新鮮彈牙,廚師早已打碎龍蝦鉗方便食用;鮑魚鮮甜煙韌,配上海蝦成個泡飯有如口中裝下汪洋大海一般充的豐富,食左2碗先發現未加脆米,加上再吃又別有一翻風味
